This indoor day camp for 10-12-year-olds is designed to educate and enhance the camper's financial literacy learning while infusing entrepreneurship, work & career readiness, teamwork, marketing, philanthropy, and public speaking.
Additional Information:
Campers will receive camp swag, daily snack (will not contain nuts), and pizza party on Thursday.
Drop off is 9 am
Pick up is 3 pm (only individuals listed in the registration form will be allowed to pick up campers)
60 campers is the maximum
Camp Highlights:
- Learn key economic concepts and work readiness skills that prepare students for the life outside of the classroom
- Explore different soft skills needed for the working world and build a resume to interview for jobs
- Interact and learn from local entrepreneurs
- Participate in a “Shark Tank” like activity with fellow campers
- Run JA BizTown by working in a business, earning paychecks, and spending their money to support the JA BizTown economy
