JA Traditional Model – 5-6 classroom visits

Interact in a fun, volunteer activity focused on helping students develop important life skills in financial literacy, work and career readiness, and entrepreneurship.

How it works:

  • Volunteers lead 5-6 JA lessons depending on grade level
  • JA provides training and easy to follow lesson plans, along with materials for hands-on learning activities
  • JA staff provides volunteer support at the school; educators remain in the classroom

Your role:

  • Invest your time helping students learn valuable skills to enhance their education and future success
  • Serve as a positive adult role model while delivering JA lessons
